New Benny's Car Wash location for the Burbank University Plan Unit Development. This Benny's will take on a similar exterior and layout as the Siegen Lane location, albeit on a more compact site. Program consist of the car wash building and attendant booth, pre-wash station, detail canopy, vacuum canopies, pay station canopy and vending building.
